“netTrekker takes you specifically to a resource that meets the objectives both of the teacher and of the student. The librarian is the catalyst in this - that allows her, or him, to be able to know what the students are needing but also know what the teachers want them to know. And sometimes, that doesn't get communicated real well between the student and the teacher unless the person has planned ahead with the librarian, and that’s where we really want to go. We want the collaboration of the teacher and the librarian to be able to bring to bear all of the resources that are available and then to know that when they show the students this, that they are indeed putting them on the right track and they don’t have to waste time of their own or of their class time." -- Tish Mulkey
