Perform a Search & Get a Search Result

Events Search, or a Search in Context
in order get a Search Result.

netTrekker d.i. will not allow you to save a search containing
over 50 results. When appropriate, netTrekker d.i. will ask you
to reduce your Search Result to the first 25 websites
in order to save it.

Save Your Search
Click ,
located at the top of your Search Result, to save your search.

Update Your Search
netTrekker d.i. will display a new page containing all your results in one spot.
Although this page is currently saved as is, it is highly recommended that
you make necessary updates to your search now rather than later.
Example of a Saved Search:
- Name Your Search
netTrekker d.i. automatically names your search by the keywords you used or category
selected, plus the current date. To change the name, replace the existing
information with a name that you would prefer and save it.
Example of a Saved Search Title:

- Edit a Result
netTrekker d.i. empowers you to edit the title, description, and website address
(URL) for each result in your Saved Search. To edit a link, click
"Edit."

Delete a Result
netTrekker d.i. empowers you to delete a result from your Saved Search.
Select those results you would like to delete by placing a checkmark in
the small box next to them, and then click ,
found at the bottom of the page.
- Add a Custom Link
Did netTrekker d.i. miss an important addition to your search result? Feel free
to add links to your Saved Search by clicking "Add a Website."
On the page that is displayed, fill in your chosen link information: title,
URL (website address), and brief
description.
Example of the "Add a Website" link:

- Email Your Search Result
netTrekker d.i. gives you the power to send your personalized Saved Search to
a friend, a student, or even yourself. Simply click "Email to a friend,"
and on the page that is displayed, fill in the required information: your
email, the recipient's email address, etc.
